TRUSTS THAT PROTECT ASSETS

Trusts come in a wide variety and are used for many purposes. Some trusts keep assets private and out of the probate court. Others hold property for minors or incompetent adults. Others reduce or eliminate taxes. We will discuss in this chapter the trusts that can also protect assets against litigation, creditors, divorce or other claims.
