Should You Switch to All Natural Skin Products?Nearly everybody is concerned with the quality and beauty of their skin, even men. As we age, we want to use anti-aging and anti-wrinkle creams to take better care of our skin so our beauty shines out to the world even greater than before! The big conflict comes when trying to decide whether to invest in synthetic cosmetics or natural skin products. Synthetic products are supposedly cheaper but I want to ask, is it worth it to spend less if you are taking a risk of damaging your natural and innate beauty? On the same token, does the fact that a beauty product is synthetic mean that it will provide you with less care to your skin than a natural product? I am here today to help you make this decision because it is a pivotal choice that will determine your future skincare.
First off, always remember that when you go into a department store, they are employing every trick and tactic available to them to engage you in their beauty product. If you do a quick search on the internet for readily available cosmetics, you will discover that a bunch of the products and creams advertised online claim to be “holistic” and “organic”. According to the talented Miss Roberta Palestine M.D., most of these advertisements are just a “marketing ploy. Natural isn’t always better. Synthetic isn’t necessarily worse.” She boldly goes on to note that, “Poison ivy is natural, but that certainly doesn’t make it good.” Actually, it has been proven that many natural skin care products contain unusual ingredients that essentially serve as expensive moisturizers. There are many fine synthetic cosmetics that will do the same job for much cheaper! So which product is better for your skin? The bottom line is that it differs for each and individual case. So like I have said many times before, go test out the cream or lotion and then buy it. Cosmetics Articles
